Arrow Journey

Privacy Policy

Effective May 8, 2026

Arrow Journey is a contemplative puzzle game made by Chaosbloom Games. We respect your privacy. This policy describes the limited information the game collects, why, and the choices you have.

At a glance

What we collect

Anonymous gameplay analytics (optional). When you allow analytics, we use Google Firebase Analytics to record events such as app launches, levels you start or complete, mistakes per puzzle, and ad interactions. Each event is tied to a randomly generated installation identifier, not to you personally. Firebase also automatically collects technical context such as your device model, operating-system version, country, and language.

Advertising. We use AppLovin MAX to mediate ads from a network of advertising partners. To deliver, cap, and measure ads, AppLovin and its partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android), an IP-derived coarse region, and information about ads you have seen or interacted with. When you allow personalised ads, partners may also use this information to tailor ads to your interests; when you do not, ads are still shown but only based on context.

Crash and performance data. When the game crashes, your device may send anonymous diagnostic information to the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) so we can fix bugs.

What we don't collect

How we use this information

We use the limited information we collect to understand how players experience the game (where they get stuck, which worlds resonate), to diagnose crashes, and to show and measure ads — which fund the free version of the game. We do not sell your information.

Third parties

The third-party services Arrow Journey relies on:

ServicePurposeData involved
Google Firebase Analytics Anonymous gameplay analytics Gameplay events, anonymous installation identifier, device / OS / country / language
AppLovin MAX Ad mediation (interstitial and rewarded) Advertising identifier, IP-derived region, ad interaction events

Each service has its own privacy practices:

Your choices

Inside the game. Open Settings from the bottom navigation, scroll to the Privacy section, and toggle:

These choices are remembered on your device.

At the operating-system level.

EU and UK residents (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the limited data tied to your installation, and to object to its processing. Because we don't collect any account information, we identify a request only by the random installation identifier associated with your device — please email us with that identifier along with your request.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have similar rights: to know what is collected, to delete it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the AppLovin MAX flow described above. You can disable that flow at any time via Settings → Privacy → Personalised ads.

Children's privacy

Arrow Journey is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the game and you would like their data deleted, please contact us.

Data retention

Anonymous analytics events are retained by Firebase for the period configured in our Firebase project (currently 14 months) before automatic deletion. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you uninstall the game or delete its data.

International transfers

Firebase processes analytics data in Google's global infrastructure, which may include transfers outside your country. Where required by law (such as in the EU), Google has implemented appropriate safeguards — see Firebase's privacy documentation linked above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game changes — for example, when we add or remove an SDK. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes trigger a re-prompt of the in-game consent screen, so you can review your choices.
