Chaosbloom Games

Privacy Policy

Effective May 31, 2026

This policy applies to all games published by Chaosbloom Games. We respect your privacy. It describes the limited information our games collect, why, and the choices you have. Not every game uses every feature described below — where a game doesn't include ads, analytics, or purchases, the related sections simply don't apply to it.

At a glance

What we collect

Gameplay analytics (optional). When you allow analytics, we use Google Firebase Analytics to record events such as app launches, levels you start or complete, in-game progress, and ad interactions. Each event is tied to a randomly generated installation identifier, not to you personally — it is pseudonymous, not strictly anonymous. Firebase also automatically collects technical context such as your device model, operating-system version, country, and language.

Advertising. Where a game shows ads, we use AppLovin MAX to mediate them from a network of advertising partners. To deliver, cap, and measure ads, AppLovin and its partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android), an IP-derived coarse region, and information about ads you have seen or interacted with. When you allow personalised ads, partners may also use this information to tailor ads to your interests; when you do not, ads are still shown but only based on context.

Attribution and measurement. Where a game runs marketing campaigns, we use Adjust, a mobile measurement partner, to understand which ad or referral led you to install the game and to measure in-app events for those campaigns. To do this, Adjust processes your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and device and event information. Adjust acts as our service provider and does not use this information for its own advertising. If you decline tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency) or reset your advertising identifier, attribution falls back to coarse, non-identifying signals.

In-app purchases. Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can grant the item, but we never receive or store your name, card number, or other payment details — those stay with the platform store.

Crash and performance data. When a game crashes, your device may send diagnostic information to the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) so we can fix bugs.

What we don't collect

How we use this information

We use the limited information we collect to understand how players experience our games (where they get stuck, which levels resonate), to diagnose crashes, and to show and measure ads — which, alongside optional in-app purchases, fund the free versions of our games. We do not sell your information.

Third parties

Depending on the game, the third-party services we rely on:

ServicePurposeData involved
Google Firebase Analytics Gameplay analytics Gameplay events, pseudonymous installation identifier, device / OS / country / language
AppLovin MAX Ad mediation (interstitial and rewarded) Advertising identifier, IP-derived region, ad interaction events
Adjust Marketing attribution and event measurement Advertising identifier, IP address, device and install/event information
Apple App Store / Google Play In-app purchase processing Payment and billing details (held by the store, not by us), purchase confirmation

Each service has its own privacy practices:

Your choices

Inside the game. On first launch, a game that uses ads or analytics shows a consent prompt (AppLovin's consent management platform, and on iOS the system App Tracking Transparency request). Your answers control:

You can bring the consent prompt back up at any time to revisit these choices. They are remembered on your device.

At the operating-system level.

EU and UK residents (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the limited data tied to your installation, and to object to its processing. Because we don't collect any account information, we identify a request only by the random installation identifier associated with your device — please email us with that identifier along with your request.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have similar rights: to know what is collected, to delete it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the advertising and attribution flows described above. You can disable those at any time via the in-game consent prompt (Personalised ads), the iOS tracking prompt, or your device's advertising settings.

Children's privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used one of our games and you would like their data deleted, please contact us.

Data retention

Analytics events are retained by Firebase for the period configured in our Firebase project (currently 14 months) before automatic deletion. Adjust retains attribution data according to its own retention schedule (see its privacy policy linked above). Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you uninstall the game or delete its data.

International transfers

Firebase processes analytics data in Google's global infrastructure, which may include transfers outside your country. Adjust processes attribution data on EU-based infrastructure. Where required by law (such as in the EU), these providers have implemented appropriate safeguards — see the privacy documentation linked above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games change — for example, when we add or remove an SDK, or release a new game. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes trigger a re-prompt of the in-game consent screen, so you can review your choices.
